Why I print on cotton paper
Glossy paper makes flat colour look like a screen. Matte cotton paper absorbs a little of the ink, softens the edges and makes the whole poster quieter — which is the point of these designs.
The prints are made by a small studio in Haarlem in runs of fifty.
